All Brocade / RUCKUS Network Switches with RJ45 “1010” Console Port supported including below

• Brocade / RUCKUS 6xxx Series Switches : ICX 6450, ICX 6610, ICX 6510, ICX 6505, ICX 6430, ICX 6740
• Brocade / RUCKUS 7xxx Series Switches : ICX 7150, ICX 7400, ICX 7450, ICX 7750, ICX 7850
• Brocade / RUCKUS 8xxx Series Switches : ICX 8200

Brocade / RUCKUS Network Switch Connection Instructions:

• Connect this cable to the serial/console port (Port “1010”) on the front, then connect the management ethernet port to your network (do NOT use any of the regular switch ports yet).
• Serial Console Port is 1010 Top Port and Management Port connected to Network is port Underneath it on most switches.
• Download Putty and Check COM Port for USB to Serial Cable and set settings as below and click Connect

• If no Connection ensure Serial DB9 Cable pins make contact and restart switch while Putty Connection is Open
