This USB Power Cable is used to provide external power for HDMI Equipment, Switches, Extenders, HDMI Splitters, Network Switches, Routers, Access Points or any type of 5 volt device up to 2 Amps.

This cable is used if a 2 pin 220 Volt to 5 Volt DC power adapter can not be installed then plug this cable into the nearest USB source (HDTV, Projector, Blu-Ray, Xbox etc) to provide power to the 5 Volt Device.
